Hello Friends,
My summer has been quite productive. I had a booth in the Oatka Festival and sold many of the photo images I made of the Masonic Temple and 5 & 19 in LeRoy, NY. These buildings are being taken down and replaced by a Walgreens. PROGRESS OR DISTRUCTION? That has been the discussion from many of the local people here. One of my pictures is going into the new Masonic Temple and I will be continuing this project into the winter. I have enjoyed learning about the Masons and their history. I am photographing the progress of the new Walgreens and will follow it to the completion. I would encourage any comments.
My Creative Journey
Much of my life has been filled with createing art. I desire to express what and how I experience the world through my art. It has been as natural as speaking to me. Working with a brush and color is my favorite means of expression. The computer has become a tool I have utilzed for over 15 years. Emotions intellect, hand and eyes, have all played an important part in my expression. I take in my enviroment as fully as possiable and attempt to communicate its meaning. Always challenged by this endevour I never become bored with the process. I hope to show the beauty and feeling I experience to the veiwers. Enjoy as I have in the creative process and the journey it has brought me through.
